I wrote to the CEO of HobbyKing, to complain re my issue of no help from them, re my missing springs for my Grand Tundra.. It was not their fault but I was getting no back up from them.. Although USA had contacted the manufacturer..
I sent that email last night -this morning was phoned by the assistant to the CEO who has instructed the UK warehouse to open a kit and post them immediately. Had a long chat with her and she invited me to a flyin at the Norfolk warehouse in September to fly .They have RC and fullsize flying from their own runway.
I know you get first class service from Dave Wilshere but you don't expect the CEO of an international company to email me and sort it out within minutes .. Pretty impressive
